Losing motivation what should I do?
April 2nd, 2009If you have been training for awhile and not getting where you want with your body then try the following.
- Get a personal trainer to motivate you- personal trainers are professionals at motivation a personal trainer will structure your workout regime and diet so you will reach your goals as longas you follow what they advise.
- Workout to music- music has been the best motivator for me for years. By listening to music it gets you in the mood for workout and lifts your mood.
- Browse the net for the body you want- if you are a man and want a muscular physique then browse the net to see the most muscular physiques in the world or the physiques that appeal to you. By doing this you will increase your drive to get that body. If you are a woman do the same looking for the most toned bodies that you would like to look like. Stick these pictures in the inside of your kitchen cupboards so it reminds you what you are after when you are about to snack so you can resist the temptation.
- Goal setting- writing down goals will motivate you as when you see them in front of you written it drives you to reach them.
Remember millions of people don’t reach their goals just because they don’t plan them and motivate themselves, if they did a lot more people would be where they want to be in life and in the gym.
