Membership and Rates

Personal Training £50 an hour

10 Personal Training Sessions £450 for 10 (£45 an hour)

Personal Training with a friend £70 an hour

(All personal training sessions must be cancelled with 24 hours notice otherwise the full session price will be charged)

Personal Trainers

Personal training studio hire

• £10 an hour
• £120 a week 10 hours maximum use
• £155 a week 15 hours maximum use
• £7 an hour each extra hour thereafter
• Exclusive studio hire £20 an hour (no other trainers during your session)

(The studio never has more than 2 trainers training at the same time)

General membership

£105 a month £50 joining fee (6 month minimum contract)
