New personal trainer Becky

Rebecca has been a personal trainer at Personal Training Studios for the last 3 months and has become very popular with women looking to increase their flexibility, strengthen their core and win that battle against weight gain.

Becky coming from a dance background, and currently completing a masters in dance science, knows the importance of flexibility. In today’s community many of us spend hours sitting at a computer. Sitting at a computer puts tremendous stress across the lower back and neck. Becky specialises in reducing this stress through stretching and strengthening exercises.

Many overlook the importance of stretching and strengthening these areas of the body, which is a big mistake. The flexibility and strength in these areas is what hold the rest of the body aligned. Stronger neck, shoulders and lower back instantly create a much more confidant looking posture as well as great alignment.
