Rebecca – Senior Trainer

Rebecca has been teaching in dance, health and fitness for 10 years, management for 6 years and personal training for 6 years. In her own words “I love motivating people, seeing improvements in people’s fitness and the effects it has on them in the rest of their life.”
Rebecca’s passion is dance, (having been trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Acrobatics etc but her main passion is Contemporary) and 4 years ago she completed an MSc in Dance Science. Dance Science not only incorporates the performance and training of dancers, but nutritional, psychological and somatic qualities which everyone can benefit from.
Rebecca uses her knowledge to draw on these principles and techniques in her training which offers people exposure to other methods of getting fit!
Other than just hard physical activity, she promotes the use of the Alexander Technique, Franklin Method, Pilates, Yoga, fascial release and relaxation techniques. “I know that addressing physical issues with a combination of these approaches produces a fit, healthy, and well balanced body!”
