Personal training Christmas offer

As its Christmas we have decided to make a special offer for new members of Personal training studios.  This Christmas if you want to get in shape before eating your christmas dinner and then starting personal training in January like most people do start now with your first session free as our Christmas offer when you sign up to a block of ten sessions.  Leaving training to January makes it harder why not start now so you can start the new year off well with a fitness regime that prevents you from putting onto much weight over Christmas.
