Promax diet
February 8th, 2010
Promax diet is a great protein powder for anyone who is trying to lose fat but maintain and gain muscle mass. If you are a bodybuilder cutting down for competition or a woman looking to shed some pounds but maintain and enhance muscular toning then this is a good protein shake for you. I recommend Promax diet to lots of my customers who have these goals in mind and all of them find Promax diet to give them that extra bit of assistance with reaching their goals. Although Promax is relatively expensive compared to lots of other sports supplements, Promax provides a great tasting supplement whilst many others are often hard to digest due to the taste, something many of us don’t want to suffer when taking it on a daily basis.
Promax diet acts as a great meal replacement as it has a low GI, giving you sustained energy release and great appetite control. Promax diet provides 37.8g per serving a good amount per serving, if you are a woman I would advise you to cut the serving size just slightly as you will probably find your body will digest protein better in smaller amounts. Protein shake manufacturers often give us too much protein per serving so we finish the tub quicker and need to buy another, I tend to keep my protein shakes to around 30g per serving as I find this is the most my body can digest efficiently, but this depends on your body and size.
