Promax whey protein

February 17th, 2010

Promax whey protein is a great protein powder supplement. I have taken Promax over the years and have found that although not the cheapest protein supplement this protein supplement tastes nice and delivers results. Promax is made up of an easy digestible Biomax whey protein, Biomax is a blend of whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey and whey peptides. Biomax delivers fast muscle building amino acids directly to the muscles helping them to grow and recover. Eggs, milk, soya and casein have not been added to Biomax as reasearch has shown they can lead to stomach upsets. Each serving of Promax contains 23g of protein which I find to be the optimum amount of protein for digestion and muscular gains, anymore than 23g I find is excreted.
