Rates, times and additional services

We offer a variety of packages and time slots to suit the needs of our clients. Additionally, when you commit to a block of sessions at MyFitness Studio there are no joining or membership fees. All session rates are based on the following times:

Our team are also available to train you within your home or in one of London's many parks .

Peak times

Monday to Friday

17:30 — 21:30

Off peak times

Monday to Friday

00:00 — 06:00

08:00 — 17:30

21:30 — 00:00

Saturday / Sunday

On peak rates apply all weekend


Fitness Analysis

Prior to committing to a block of personal training sessions, we recommend that you visit us for a one-off fitness analysis session. This will give our trainers a clear picture of how to make the most of further sessions. A fitness analysis session is priced at £150.


MyFitness Studio is a Bupa recognised facility. If you have been referred to a fitness specialist as part of your treatment, we can invoice Bupa and Bupa International directly. We simply require your membership number and a valid authorisation number for the current injury.

Please be aware that you remain personally responsible for any amounts unpaid by Bupa or Bupa International, whether that is due to an excess on your policy, or due to insufficient coverage with your policy. Please get in touch with our reception staff if you have any questions regarding Bupa.


Senior Trainer Rates

£75 per hour (Peak Rate)
£70 per hour (Off Peak)

Senior Trainer Block Booking

10 sessions: £700 (peak rate) / £650 (off peak)
30 sessions: £1950 (peak rate)
60 sessions: £3600 (peak rate)

Additional Training Services

Personal training for two people: £100 per hour
Personal training at home / off site: Please call to arrange, based on location

Corporate Personal Training

Packages for companies wishing to train with three or more of our staff please email enquiries@clubfiftyone.co.uk for more information about our bespoke packages.

Personal Trainer Rates

£65 per hour (peak rate)
£55 per hour (off peak)
10 sessions: £600 (peak rate) / £500 (off peak)

Pilates

£75 per hour (peak rate)
£70 per hour (off peak)
10 sessions: £700 (peak rate) / £650 (off peak)


Freelance Studio Hire

These rates are for freelance personal trainers who wish to hire the gym to conduct their personal training sessions in. These bookings are only available as minimum block of 10 sessions.

10 sessions: £200
30 sessions: £540
60 sessions: £960
100 sessions: £1400

Custom packages available upon request for trainers bringing a large number of clients to the studio .

We accept all major credit cards, cash, cheques or bank transfers. Please read our terms and conditions for further information regarding cancellations and refunds.


Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to cancel a session otherwise the full hourly rate will still apply. This cancellation notice period (minimum 24 hours) also applies to personal trainers hiring the studio, otherwise the full hourly rate for studio hire will still apply.

Session Expiry

Block booking purchases expire six months from the date of original purchase.

Bookings are non-refundable once they have entered our system but if for any reason you can't complete your block of sessions, they can be transferred to a friend or family member to be used within that same six month period. If you feel that you are unsuited to a particular trainer, sessions can also be transferred between different trainers.

Ultimately, our bookings can be transferred for use by someone else or with a different trainer but sessions cannot be frozen indefinitely.

Because I am blind, I cannot learn new exercises by watching my trainer nor can he show me what I am doing wrong – he has to either verbalise the technique or demonstrate by physically making adjustments to my body shape.

For this reason, I need to work with a trainer who can effectively explain an exercise and describe the postures and workings of the body that correspond to the proper execution of that exercise. I have found such a trainer in Rob, and as a result, working out with him is both productive and enjoyable.

Through careful instruction and my conscious effort to comprehend and implement what I’m being told, I gain a greater understanding of the mechanics and purpose of an exercise than perhaps I would through visual imitation.

The team's knowledge, creativity and flexibility make training at MyFitness Studio both a worthwhile pleasure and an education.

I decided to invest in some personal training sessions six months before my wedding in July 2011 and have been training with Rob and the team ever since.

As is the case for so many brides (and grooms) to be, I was a bit nervous about the pressure of looking good on my wedding day. My objective was simply to lose some weight and tone up so I could feel confident and happy with how I would look in our wedding pictures.

At my first session Rob identified key areas for us to work on including my arms, thighs and bottom and how specifically to make all of those areas slimmer and tighter. I originally trained only twice a week and saw huge changes in my body after just a couple of months. My arms were noticeably toned and my bottom smaller and tighter.

The team gave me great nutritional information to ensure my diet supported my training and weight loss goals. By my wedding in July I had not only hit my weight loss target, I had toned up dramatically. I felt in the best shape of my life and as a result I felt confident and happy in my dress. That on-the-day confidence really shows through in our pictures and I’m so thankful to MyFitness Studio for helping me achieve this.

Our Fit for the Occasion sessions were the right mix of fun and hard work and I enjoyed them so much that I couldn’t give up training after the wedding.
