Signs you have been overtraining

Often this time of year everyone is working really hard to get in shape for the summer and can easily end up working out too hard and over training.  Here are some ways you can tell if you have been overtraining.

Signs of over training

  • Decreased performance
  • Increased recovery times
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Sleep and eating disorders
  • Headaches
  • Muscle soreness
  • Muscle damage
  • Sensitive to stress
  • Depression
  • Increased occurence of illness
  • Longer recovery from colds and flu
