Silhouette Chefs offers a unique service for personal training clients that want a professionally planned diet for either health reasons or to help with the loss of weight. A feature of their service is that the menu is planned for a 12-week period so that the delivered daily food rations are not repeated during the 12 weeks. This prevents boring and repetitious meals being brought to the customer.

Each day’s delivery is composed of breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as two snacks. Included in the daily temperature cool package is a 500ml bottle of water. The daily delivery is made between 11PM and 6AM directly to your home.

The minimum service that a person can sign up for is ten days. You can elect to receive delivery for 5 days up to 7 days a week.

Another different service is the special program they offer for the spouse that is not the first client. They offer a partner program to help a client by providing food for their spouse so they are not tempted to go off program.when eating their meal. This choice may not be made, but it shows that Silhouette Chefs is serious about helping their clients stay with the program.

The end result of this program is the client is served planned gourmet meals that will meet the dietary needs for a healthy menu and at the same time could help the customer lose weight.
