The true calorie value of different foods and drinks

Allot of us eat and drink things daily which we have no idea of the amount of calories it contains. Below is a list of different foods and drinks and there calories so you can easily see where a lot of us are going wrong and putting on weight which we could easily lose by cutting these out. Just remember that if you do a hard power walk up hill for 20 minutes you will probably burn 250 calories so just think of the hard work it takes to get rid of these calories you could easily get rid of by just not eating these particular foods and drinks.
- Bottle of red or white wine – 500 calories
- 1 beer bottle – 120 calories
- Champagne bottle – 530 calories
- Red bull and vodka – 177 calories
- Gin and tonic – 175 calories
- Vodka lemonade – 172 calories
- Can of coke – 150 calories
- 1 celebration sweet – 41 calories
- 1 cadburys cream egg – 170 calories
- 1 mars bar – 280 calories
