Trainer Questions – What is the best thing about being a personal trainer?
October 2nd, 2009Rob – what I like most about being a personal trainer is making a change to someone’s physical shape that it impacts the whole of their life. Often people with low confidence who have never been into fitness come into the gym, with regular training they build a great body and their confidence dramatically increases. If you are in poor shape, slouched over and lethargic how do you think you are going to view life and how do you think people are going to view you. Where as if you are in good shape with good posture and a positive outlook on life then people are going to view you in a positive way, simple.
