Using your personal training studio and a gym?

How much you attend the personal training studio mainly depends on your budget and your living arrangements.  Most customers say they would train with us every day if they could afford it.  We normally recommend to get results that you train with us 2-3 times a week but if you want to only do once a week then join a near by gym and use that for the other 2 sessions you need to do a week.  If you have a park nearby or don’t mind jogging on the road then we would equally recommend doing this as a form of exercise.
