Weight gain through stress

Weight gain can be caused by stress and Cortisol the stress hormone.  When we are stressed are body is in a state of anxiety which we can be in for short periods of time but not prolonged periods of time.  Our bodies are designed for and work like the hunter gather times when we are about to be attacked our body gives us a boost to escape harm this stress level will lead to weight gain after time if you do not relax now and again.  If you are having problems relaxing then taking up exercise at our personal training studio with one of our London personal trainers is a good idea.  Exercise is great for dealing with stress plus our personal trainers can help you with lifestyle management to reduce everyday stress.  Exercise releases endorphins great at combatting stress.
