What is the perfect body?
January 30th, 2009
This is a question that has been asked time and time again. The only answer is that the perfect body is in the eye of the beholder. We all have different views of what the perfect body is but our views tend to adjust when we are working out on our own body. I remember when I was 13 stone I thought I was tiny, when I got to 16 stone I thought I was an average sized man, I was beginning to develop reverse anorexia. This is very common with bodybuilders and many people who train in gyms. They start off wanting to get down to their weight loss goal and when they get there they want to go lower. You should always ask someone else’s opinion on your body to check you are not getting too extreme. It is common to reach your weight loss or weight gain goal and then want to go for another further weight gain or weight loss goal this is not wrong but natural progression yet take care getting results is addictive and can have its negative side to if not monitored. Look at people who have plastic surgery they have one nose job, and prior to the nose job told themselves that they will only do this one thing yet afterwards have one more and one more until they become addicted to plastic surgery.
