What London personal trainers think about milk tops

The milk tops tell you apart from the skimming process what levels of fat they contain.  The blues the fattest the green the medium and the red the least.  If you can stomach the red have the red one as it is the lowest fat but still contains a great source of natural protein.  The green would be the one I would tell most people to drink as its tasty and healthy.  Keep away from the blue one!  Most London personal trainers I am sure would advise you the same and to not over drink milk as it still carries a lot of fat and over the course of a week as a regular item in your diet can easily add the pounds.
